Examination
After receiving the goods at our warehouse, we check the goods and send a photo and video report to the client. In case of any identified damage/defects, we discuss with the manufacturer the possibility of replacing the defective product or agree on the return of the entire product (at the request of the client).
We check goods of different categories (textile, household, household, etc.) for a comprehensive assessment of the conformity of the goods to the description on the manufacturer's website. Verification includes the following steps:
* Packaging (its presence and safety)
* Appearance of the goods (case damage, visible defects, quality of materials, durability of paintwork or other coatings, etc.)
* Performance, functionality, product properties.
