4. After receiving the goods at the warehouse, we check and do the packaging

5. We send the goods to the client as well as the waybill for tracking

6. The client receives the goods and pays for the delivery

5. After receiving the goods in our warehouse, we will check and send a video and photo report. In case of damage/defects, at the request of the client, we discuss with the manufacturer the possibility of replacing defective products or a full refund.

6. If the goods are of good quality, then we pack and send the goods to the client

7. The customer receives the goods and pays for shipping 

1. Prepayment is not required, payment is made after the arrival of the cargo at the warehouse of client’s city

2. Types of payment: transfer via Sberbank online, cash RUB or USD, also USDT

3. In case of cargo delivery to the exact address in the client’s city, our warehouse employee contacts client to clarify details on further shipment to the exact address. At this stage, client only pays for international shipping (from China to the warehouse of your city), and delivery to the exact address shall be paid to the transport company upon receipt.

The insurance is :

1. 2% of the value of the cargo, if the value of the goods per kg is not more than $ 50.

2. 3% of the cost of the cargo, if the cost of the goods per kg is not more than $ 100.

3. 4% of the cost of the cargo, if the cost of the goods per kg is not more than $ 200. 

4. If the cost of the goods per kg is more than $ 200, the insurance is calculated individually.

Note 1: If the customer refuses insurance, in case of loss of cargo, compensation is $ 3 per kg.

Note 2: In case of damage to the goods or deformation of the packaging, insurance compensation is not paid; the method of packaging is agreed with the customer in advance, before shipment.

There are 4 types of packaging:

1. For textile goods, accessories, clothing, soft objects, the packaging is as follows — film + sack +tape + wrapping plastic band

2. For fragile goods — packaging film + sack+ tape + skeleton crate + wrapping plastic band

3. For fragile goods in large quantities — film + sack + tape + skeleton crate + wrapping plastic band + pallet 

4. For expensive goods — individual packaging

a) film + sack + tape + wooden container + wrapping plastic band+ pallet

b) film + sack + tape + wrapping plastic band + skeleton crate + pallet + metal grating

We will help with currency exchange and assist in payment to the supplier.

1. The client names the amount to be exchanged in RUB/USD/USDT

2. We send the exchange rate at which we make the exchange

3. The client transfers funds and sends a payment order/ confirmation of the transfer

4. We check, confirm receipt of funds, exchange and transfer the required amount in yuan directly to the supplier/seller/manufacturer, report the transfer to the client by payment order

We provide services of completing the goods, additional packaging and labelling if reguired. Our rates: 

- Printing and labeling of stickers/ labels : 100 labels = 8$ 

- Additional packaging : 100 items = $ 12

- Complete set in the packaging process : 100 items = 12$
